SPIDER 616 products are made on demand. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, then shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer. The final shipping cost depends on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and carrier rates available at the time of purchase.

Order processing and fulfillment

After payment is completed, your order is sent into production. Made-on-demand production usually takes a few business days before the package is handed to the shipping carrier. Production and delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery speed depends on the destination, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier performance. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the package is handed over.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If tracking shows an issue or the package appears lost, contact us so we can review the order with the fulfillment and shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control, but we will help where possible.
